This site is dedicated to all the fitness freaks. It is a look of a pioneer and a great achiever Mr.

Jarnail Singh. He carries behind himself a vast 15 years of experience and a great technical

knowledge in the field of physical education. After computing his master in PE he has specialized

the art of Body Building, Aerobics, Yoga, Kick Boxing. He runs a gym in east delhi by the name of

'Pioneer Fitness Studio' and gives group and personal training after assessment of the individuals.

 

He makes one walk for then goals in achieving a desired physique. A few of his many

achievements are reduction of 25 kg. weight of an individual in 3 month and gain of 15 kg weight

in 3 months. Increase in height up to 1 feet in 9 months and the list continues.....
